Job Description

Iterum is seeking a highly organised, autonomous, and proactive Commercial Associate to provide direct support to our Commercial Director. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced commercial environment, playing a critical role in delivering and refining our sales processes, organising key assets, and supporting high-value opportunities.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage multiple tasks independently and is eager to learn the foundations of a successful sales operation.

  • A high degree of autonomy, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Eagerness to advance their learning about sales operations, CRM management, and commercial strategy.

  • (Nice to have) Familiarity with tools like Pipedrive, Notion, or Google Workspace.

  • Understanding of UK Real Estate markets, specifically the operational living sector. 

  • Interest in Proptech.

Sales & Operations Support:

  • Execute outbound sales campaigns to generate new opportunities and maximising any referrals/inbound leads. 

  • Document existing sales processes and support the improvement of workflows and automations within our CRM (Pipedrive).

  • Assist in managing and tracking current opportunities in the sales pipeline.

Collateral & Proposal Management:

  • Organise, consolidate, and standardise all sales collateral across our tech platforms (Notion and Google Drive).

  • Support the proposal curation process by helping to build standardised templates.

  • Assist in generating contracts and other key sales documents.

Research & Administration:

  • Conduct customer research to support prospecting efforts by identifying key contacts within target organisations.

  • Support with research into exploring new markets. 

  • Given the pace of growth, any successful candidate will need to be willing to provide broader administrative and operational support to the wider team as needed.
